NOTICE - 02/14/2008

As the new administration is assessing all expenditures of funds while building its first executive budget, DSS recognizes additional time is necessary before issuing the RFP for the Increment Two of ACESS.  As this time will be used to educate the new administration, it will also be used to assess the prospective solutions required of human services and the opportunities that exist to ensure the planning for Increment Two and other phases are purposefully in line with the governor's priorities. DSS will therefore extend another four months before releasing the RFP for Increment Two of ACESS to most adequately incorporate any additional requirements or changes in scope that may be decided and to ensure the full support of the ACESS system is attained.  DSS now anticipates release of the ACESS RFP this summer.
