13-year-old Erica Loves School and Cooking

Erica is a 13-year-old who loves school and jump rope. She's also a hula hoop champ!
Smart and talkative, Erica is 13-years-old. She loves going to school and learning; her favorite subject is math and she really enjoys learning multiplication.

Erica is active and likes joking around with friends and having fun like the characters in her favorite movie, “Norbett.” Erica also loves swimming, dancing and jump rope. She’s also a “hula hoop champ.” Erica’s dream is to be a culinary artist and make the fancy food she sees on cooking shows.

Erica says her ideal forever family will be supportive and patient with her so that she can reach her fullest potential. She is looking forward to helping in the kitchen on holidays and everyday. Erica also hopes that when she joins her forever family she’ll be able to keep in contact with her siblings, who are also looking for homes of their own.

For more information on Erica or other children in need of adoption, call the Louisiana Department of Children & Family Services at 1-(800) 259-3428. If you are interested in providing a safe and stable home for a child who needs one, please call today.
